This website uses necessary storage for secure administrator access and to remember your privacy choices. Pixelpivot is responsible for its use.
No optional analytics or advertising tools are active.
Cookies store small values in your browser. Local storage also retains information on your device. This page explains both. Updated 1 November 2026.
Browser storage

Brochure requests are stored on the server, not in these browser-storage entries. See the Privacy policy for their use and retention.
Optional analytics and advertising
Analytics measures website visits and interactions. Advertising measurement connects visits or enquiries with campaigns and can support personalised advertising. Neither category is needed to read property information, request a brochure or contact Vlad.
No optional measurement providers are currently used.
Optional tools stay off unless you allow their category. Submitting a brochure request, scrolling the page or closing Cookie settings does not give permission. Categories marked as not in use do not load any measurement tools.
These browser choices are separate from agreement to receive marketing emails. Email preferences are explained in the Marketing policy.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time. When optional tools are available, you can accept all, reject optional tools or save your own choices for analytics and advertising. Rejecting them does not limit access to listings or brochure requests.
When only necessary storage is used, choosing Got it acknowledges the notice. It does not permit future analytics or advertising. We ask for a fresh choice if the measurement services or notice change, or if your saved choice is more than 180 days old.
Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking and removes the measurement cookies this website can access. The page may reload to remove active trackers. Withdrawal does not undo information already lawfully transmitted. Cookies held by other websites can be managed through your browser or those services.
Your choice applies to this browser and is shared with other open tabs of this website. A different browser or device has its own choice. If your browser prevents us from saving preferences, optional tracking stays off on the current page and we may ask again when you return.
You can remove cookies or local storage through your browser settings. Doing so can reset your choices and sign an administrator out. Blocking essential storage may prevent administrator functions from working.
Links and property films
Fonts are self-hosted. Property photographs and permit images may use external hosts and can load with the page. Those hosts receive technical information such as your network address and browser details.
WhatsApp and external maps open when selected. An external film loads only when requested. These services handle information under their own privacy notices.
