Who sends the updates
Call Vlad email marketing is managed by Pixelpivot. The updates concern properties represented by Vlad Radulian and the Dubai property market. Vlad provides brokerage services through Espace Real Estate; this policy covers the Call Vlad email-marketing permission collected through this website.

What you agree to
Email marketing is optional. You can request a brochure without subscribing.
When you affirmatively agree, you allow Call Vlad, operated by Pixelpivot, to send you marketing emails about property listings, viewing invitations and the Dubai property market. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your choice is recorded with its date and the wording you were shown.
This agreement covers email. It does not cover unsolicited marketing calls, texts or WhatsApp messages. Reading this policy is not consent, and agreement to receive one requested brochure does not by itself authorise ongoing campaigns.
Unsubscribe at any time
You can withdraw your email-marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting Pixelpivot through +971 50 899 9426 or [email protected]. Unsubscribing applies to Call Vlad marketing for that email address, across the properties you have enquired about.
Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. You can still contact Vlad, browse listings and receive information you specifically request. A requested brochure or a reply to your enquiry is separate from ongoing marketing.
Email and advertising are separate
Email-marketing consent does not permit advertising cookies or browser retargeting. Those tools operate only according to your separate choices in Cookie settings, as explained in the Cookies policy.
Any advertising services we use are listed in our Cookies policy. With your separate permission, they can use website visits and interactions to measure campaigns and show Call Vlad ads on other websites or apps. You can refuse or withdraw advertising-cookie consent independently of your email choice.
We do not upload brochure email addresses to advertising platforms for account matching. Your email-marketing permission does not authorise using your email address to match accounts on Google, Meta or other platforms.
Records and your preferences
Brochure-request records are normally retained for 180 days from the request. Email-marketing permission also expires after 180 days unless you unsubscribe sooner. We keep the minimum record linked to your email address of consent or withdrawal needed to respect your choices and demonstrate how they were recorded. An unsubscribe preference may remain after a brochure-request record is deleted so that your address is not added back to future marketing by mistake.
