This notice covers website visitors and people who request a brochure or contact us. The UK rights and legal bases below apply where your information is protected by UK data protection law.
Updated 1 November 2026.
Information we handle
When you request a brochure, we record your email address, the residence requested, whether you asked Vlad to contact you and any phone number you give, the request time, your privacy acknowledgement and the notice version presented. We create a time-limited download link. We also record your email-marketing choice, when it was made, the wording presented and any later withdrawal. If you allow advertising measurement, campaign information from your visit may be stored with the request to help identify its source.
For email delivery, we record attempts, provider status and message references, plus the first use of an emailed download link. When the link is first used, Vlad is told about your request. These records help manage delivery and access. A link click does not verify identity or email ownership; forwarded messages and automated security tools can also follow links.
The server receives technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. Administrator sign-in uses session information, and your browser can store your privacy choices.
No optional analytics or advertising tools are active.
Please do not submit identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information through the brochure form.
Why we use it
We use the information you provide to fulfil your brochure request, manage access to the file and protect the service against misuse. An email address is required for the brochure download. You can browse listings and contact Vlad without using the form.
Being contacted is optional. If you tick “Vlad can contact me about this property”, Vlad Radulian may contact you about that property by email, or by phone or WhatsApp if you give a number. You can ask him to stop at any time.
Email marketing is optional. You can request a brochure without subscribing to marketing emails. If you choose to subscribe, we record your affirmative agreement separately from the information needed to fulfil your brochure request.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
The form checks email format; it does not verify your identity or ownership of the address.
Our legal bases for using information
Where UK data protection law applies, we use the following legal bases:
- Brochures and enquiries — legitimate interests. We use your contact details and request records to provide the information you ask for, manage brochure access and respond to your enquiries. Our interest is in running a reliable property-information service and handling requests effectively.
- Website security — legitimate interests. We use necessary technical and access information to keep the website secure, prevent misuse and protect visitors and administrator accounts.
- Optional marketing and measurement — consent. We rely on your separate choices for marketing emails and for any optional analytics or advertising described in our Cookies policy. You can withdraw either choice without losing access to brochure requests.
- Privacy rights and consent records — legal obligations. We use information needed to respond to rights requests, demonstrate consent and respect marketing objections to meet our obligations under UK data protection law.
You can object to uses based on legitimate interests because of your particular circumstances. We do not rely on legitimate interests to override your marketing choice. Reading this notice or requesting a brochure is not consent to ongoing marketing.
Email marketing and advertising
If you affirmatively agree to email marketing, Pixelpivot may use your email address to send Call Vlad marketing emails about property listings, viewing invitations and the Dubai property market. We rely on your consent for these emails. You can withdraw it at any time using an unsubscribe link or by contacting us. See the Marketing policy for the scope of that choice.
Email-marketing consent is separate from optional advertising-cookie consent. It does not authorise uploading your email address to Google, Meta or another advertising platform to match your account. We do not currently upload brochure email addresses for that purpose. We do not sell your email address or give other organisations permission to use it for their own marketing under this consent.
Storage, delivery and sharing
Brochure requests are stored in this website’s database and can be managed by authorised administrators. We do not sell brochure-request information. Information may be disclosed where required by law.
This website uses Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure in the European Union to store and process requests.
We email the brochure link to the address you enter. It is not shown on screen, so the brochure opens only from that inbox. The email is sent through Cloudflare Email Service, which processes your email address and the brochure link. A successful request does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Where information is handled
Vlad is based in Dubai. If you choose to contact him about a property, your enquiry may be handled in the United Arab Emirates. You can contact us to ask where your information is held and who has access to it.
Email processing locations: Cloudflare Email Service on Cloudflare's global network, which can include servers outside the UK and the European Union. Cross-border processing arrangements: Cloudflare processes this information under its Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. When you open a requested brochure or ask to be contacted, your details are sent to a DLD-authorised real estate agent based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact us for information about these safeguards or a copy relevant to your personal information.
How long it is kept
Brochure-request records are normally retained for 180 days from the request and are then removed by the website’s automatic deletion process. Deleting a request also removes its associated delivery records from this website’s database. Administrator-exported copies are separate from that process.
Email-marketing permission expires after 180 days unless withdrawn sooner. We retain a minimal record linked to your email address of marketing consent and withdrawal separately where needed to respect your choices and demonstrate how they were recorded. An unsubscribe preference can therefore remain after the associated brochure request has been deleted. We use that preference to prevent unwanted marketing, not to continue it.
Cloudflare may retain delivery or security logs under its own policies, our service arrangements and applicable legal obligations. Those logs are separate from this website’s request records.
Download links expire sooner than request records. Session and browser-storage lifetimes are explained on the Cookies page. Records needed for a property transaction are handled under the relevant brokerage’s arrangements and applicable legal obligations.
Your privacy rights
Where UK data protection law applies, you have rights to:
- Ask for access to your personal information and a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Request deletion or restriction of use in the circumstances provided by law.
- Receive information you supplied in a portable format where we process it automatically on the basis of consent or a contract.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular circumstances.
- Withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can object to direct marketing at any time, without giving a reason. Use the unsubscribe link or contact us. We will stop using your information for that marketing. You can also change optional tracking choices through Cookie settings in the footer.
To exercise a right, contact Pixelpivot through [email protected]. Requests are normally free. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm that the data relates to you.
We respond without undue delay, normally within one calendar month. If the complexity or number of requests means we need up to two further months, we will explain why within the initial response period. If we need identity information or clarification that affects the deadline, we will explain this. If a legal exception applies to a request, we will explain our decision and your options.
You may also have rights under other applicable data protection laws.
Privacy questions and complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, contact Pixelpivot through [email protected]. We will acknowledge your privacy complaint within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed and explain the outcome.
Where UK data protection law applies, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator. The ICO explains how to raise a concern and what information to provide. You may also contact another competent data protection authority where applicable.
External services and updates
WhatsApp, telephone and external map links operate when you choose them. Those services handle your interaction under their own terms and privacy notices. An externally hosted property film loads only after you request it. Fonts are self-hosted. Property photographs and permit images may use external hosts and can load with the page; those hosts receive technical information such as your network address and browser details.
We update this notice when our practices change. Material new uses of personal information will be explained before they begin, with any further choice required by applicable law.
